Ernisha Hall is an extraordinary leader whose visionary approach and unwavering dedication have made her a pivotal force in the quest to close the racial wealth gap. As the Founder, President, and CEO of the Virginia Black Chamber of Commerce, her relentless commitment to fostering economic sustainability for small business owners has solidified her role as a trailblazer in the field.

In 2020, alongside her wife, Tracey Hall, Ernisha co-founded the Virginia Black Business Directory, today known as the Virginia Black Chamber Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit organization that has grown into a powerful advocate for business owners throughout Virginia. With over 1,000 members, the Chamber's influence has been instrumental in the creation of pioneering programs such as The Statewide Virginia Black Business Expo & Conference, the GovCon Conference, and a Business Accelerator Program, all aimed at strengthening the visibility and resilience of small businesses.

Ernisha's academic credentials are as remarkable as her professional achievements. She holds a BA in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, a Master of Business, and a Master of Social Work. She is pursuing her PhD with a specialization in Entrepreneurship at Walden University, further solidifying her expertise and commitment to her cause.

Ernisha's strategic and forward-thinking initiatives have birthed these transformative programs, earning her recognition and numerous accolades, including the Unsung Hero Award from Dumfries Mayor Derrick Woods, a Resolution from the Town of Dumfries, and two Resolutions from the Virginia House of Delegates.

Beyond her work with the Chamber, Ernisha serves on the Virginia African American Advisory Board to the Governor of Virginia and serves on the Board of Directors of Fredericksburg Area Health Support Services (FAHASS). Her influence extends far and wide, and she is recognized as one of the most influential women in the Stafford region, a testament to her relentless pursuit of economic justice in Virginia.
